Recipe from Waitrose: Rainbow pasta
Total time: Ready in 15 minutes
150g Waitrose LOVE Life Free From Gluten Penne Pasta*
1 tbsp olive oil
1 essential Waitrose Courgette, diced*
1 essential Waitrose Red Pepper, diced*
25g pine nuts
2 tbsp Waitrose Tomato Pesto
3 tbsp essential Waitrose Semi Skimmed Milk*
½ x 25g pack fresh basil, torn
*Can be replaced with an alternative product from our store
- Cook the pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes until tender then drain.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetables and pine nuts for 3-4 minutes. Add the tomato pesto, milk and basil and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the pasta, season and serve.
