Recipe from Waitrose: The ultimate breakfast smoothie

Ingredients

50g baby spinach leaves
50g cucumber, roughly chopped
Handful mint leaves
1 banana
100g frozen berries
10g fresh root ginger

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender (ideally a high-speed blender or Nutribullet) with 250ml water and blend until completely smooth.
