Alpine Muesli Boost

Waitrose muesli mixed with yogurt, milk,honey, and lightly roasted sunflower seeds topped with sliced strawberries and apples.

200g Waitrose Bircher Muesli

200g Semi skimmed milk

100g Plain Yoghurt

24g Honey

1pc Apple, juice only

40 Apple, cored & sliced

40g Strawberries, sliced

10g Health Connection Wholefoods Sunflower seeds, lightly roasted


1In a mixing bowl, mix muesli with milk, yoghurt, honey and apple juice

2Cover and refrigerate at least 30 mins

3Scoop muesli into serving bowl

4Add apple & strawberry slices on top

5Garnish with lightly toasted sunflower seeds and enjoy
