Ingredients
300g Waitrose Duchy Organic self raising brown flour
3 large ripe bananas
150g brown sugar
5g baking powder
3 large eggs
200g Waitrose continental dark chocolate
100g melted butter
Directions
1Preheat oven to 180°C
2Peel and mash bananas
3In a bowl mix bananas, sugar and eggs together
4In another bowl, mix flour and baking powder and add to banana mixture
5Add in melted butter and mix till well combined
6Coarsely chop chocolate and add to mixture
7Place batter in a lined mould and bake for 35- 40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when tested
