Coconut Cream Cake November 13, 2018 Light and fragrant egg free cake flavoured with coconut cream. Best enjoyed with coffee or tea. Prep: 15 mins Cook: 45 mins Yields: Serves 10 - 12 Ingredients 200ml coconut cream 140g butter 120g sugar 150g flour 75g coconut flour 8g baking powder Directions 1Preheat oven to 180°C 2Cream butter and sugar 3Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined 4Pour batter in a lined baking tray 5Bake for about 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when testing. 6Allow to cool and slice.
