Crispy Cornflakes Chocolate Crunch

Crispy Waitrose Essential cornflakes coated with a decadent of 72% dark chocolate.

100g Waitrose corn flakes

100g dark chocolate

24 Mini muffin cases


1Heat up a pot of water.

2Roughly chop chocolate and place in a bowl.

3Place bowl over hot water and allow chocolate to melt.

4Mix well to make sure all the chocolate is melted.

5Take off from heat and add corn flakes.

6Stir gently until cornflakes are fully coated with chocolate.

7Using a tea spoon, scoop mixture into the muffin cases.

8Refrigerate till set.
