Juicy mixed fruit crumble July 30, 2018 Delicious mix of pear and rhubarb with a delicate hint of cinnamon and topped with a crisp butter crumble. Prep: 15 mins Cook: 30 mins Ingredients 2 cans of Waitrose pear in fruit juice- chopped 1 can of Waitrose rhubarb in light syrup- chopped 5g ground cinnamon 100g Waitrose cherry bakewell granola 150g sugar 225g all purpose flour 150g melted butter Directions 1To make the crumble, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork until a mix of fine and large crumbs is formed 2Preheat oven at 160 degrees 3Mix fruits together with the cinnamon and place on a buttered baking dish 4Top with a generous amount of crumble 5Bake for 30-40 mins till top is golden brown 6Best served warm with a scoop of ice cream but can also be eaten cold 00:00
