Prep: 15 mins Cook: 55 mins Yields: Serves 12 Ingredients 250g all-purpose flour 150g caster sugar 8g baking powder 2g salt 125ml milk 65ml B-well canola oil 1 egg 5ml vanilla extract Directions 1Preheat oven to 180 °C 2In a bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt 3In another bowl, mix together milk, oil and egg 4Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well using a whisk or an electric mixer until a smooth batter is obtained 5Pour batter into a lined baking tray 6Bake for 45 to 50 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean when tested 7Allow to cool for about 10 mins then slice and serve 8Best served warm 00:00
