Mixed Fruit Compote October 29, 2018 Chopped apricot and peach slices in fruit juice, slowly cooked with honey and vanilla. Prep: 15 mins Cook: 30 mins Yields: Serves 8 Ingredients 1 can apricot halves in fruit juice 220g 1 can peach slices in fruit juice 410g 50g honey 10ml vanilla Directions 1Chop up fruits coarsely. 2Heat up a pan and add fruits with 100ml of fruit juice from the can. 3Allow to cook down on medium heat for about 15mins then add vanilla and honey. 4Cook for another 10mins till a thick consistency is obtained. 5Serve on toast, scone or pancakes. 00:00
